This morning lark spotted a strange message on Laura Erickson’s Birder Blog:

"How I have loved writing this blog. Tonight I delivered my resignation to the office at Binoculars.com. Ironically for the day I stop writing it, today I FINALLY broke the top 10 in the Birding 500. Tell Stephen Colbert he can find me at www.lauraerickson.com. That poor website needs work, but then, so do I."
